This Return Policy applies to printed healthy eating guides purchased from Boneskneeux. Digital content accessed free on our website is not covered by physical return provisions.

Consumer Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

Return Window

You may return unused printed guides within fourteen (14) days of delivery if the item is in resalable condition with original packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
• Products showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing components
• Custom or personalised print runs prepared to your specifications

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at contactus@boneskneeux.world with your order reference, reason for return, and photographs if the item arrived damaged. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate mailing address.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are generally borne by the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect title or a defective copy, contact us promptly. We will arrange replacement or refund including reasonable return postage where applicable.
